About us

This shop is operated by Jill Morris, trading as Jill Morris handmade, at 33 Langdale Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, DN6 8QW, United Kingdom.

Products

We sell handmade bags. Product descriptions explain each bag’s materials, size and features. Small variations may occur because items are handmade. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

Orders and payment

Please check your items and delivery details before completing checkout. The total price, including delivery and any discounts, is shown before you pay.

Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. The initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, using InPost home delivery. In-stock orders are dispatched the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery costs £2.99 for orders below £75 and is free for orders of £75 or more. The threshold applies to the product total after discounts, excluding delivery.

Please see our Shipping policy for further details. We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel before delivery or within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit our shop or place an order.

Please email jill.morris1@outlook.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applicable where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you order apply to that purchase.
