Jill Morris handmade currently delivers to UK addresses only.
Dispatch
Our listed in-stock bags are dispatched the next working day after your order is placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery
Orders are sent via InPost to the delivery address provided at checkout. Locker collection is not currently available.
Delivery costs £2.99 for orders below £75. Delivery is free for orders of £75 or more. Eligibility is based on the value of the products after any discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Any estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Delivery problems
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email jill.morris1@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
